WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We at SOCOM Athlete understand that cancellations happen, and that refunds are needed due to unexpected circumstances. However, we also understand that you may begin to feel "nervous" or "anxious" once the Hell Day event approaches.
Note: Being nervous, scared, or anxious is completely normal before Hell Day, but it is not a reason to come up with a last-minute excuse to back out of the event. Finish what you started.

Note: Students unable to attend Hell Day are eligible to receive full credit to attend any future Hell Day of their choosing.
If a student requests to have a refund instead of future event credit, the student must meet the criteria listed below

1. Refunds must be requested at least 3 days prior to the start of the Hell Day Weekend. There are no exceptions to this policy. After the refund is requested, we will review the request to verify legitimacy.
2. To be eligible for a refund, the registrant must provide valid proof of a legitimate reason for non-attendance such as a Doctor's note, letter from boss/supervisor, etc.

3. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of confirming the request, and require up to 7-10 business days for funds to return to the account holder.

4. A fee of $21.49 is non-refundable (Registration fee, insurance fee, and pool fee)

5. Full Weekend Package Refunds: The Hell Day Full Weekend Package includes 2 eBooks; A SOCOM Athlete Prep Program & customized Meal Plan, both in PDF format. These files are emailed to registrants immediately upon registration. Because these PDF files cannot be returned, and are your permanent property once sent to you, we cannot refund these items. SOCOM Athlete prep programs are available for $108.99 in our shop, thus $108.99 is the non-refundable amount of Full Weekend Package.
Refund for Full Weekend Package = $399.99 - $108.99 = $291
6. Team Lodging: To receive a refund for the team lodging option, a refund request must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. There are no exceptions to this policy; rooms are booked & paid for 2 weeks prior to the Hell Day weekend, and are non-refundable.

all-purpose tracks, waterfront national parks, and more. Most Hell Day events begin at a University or a U.S. military base for the fitness test, in which students are given base passes or transported on to base. Active Duty military may simply drive themselves on to base.
Past Hell Day facilities include: USMC Basic Reconnaissance Course, Air Force Academy, University of West Florida, Lackland Air Force Base, Northwestern University Aquatic Center, Air Force Special Operations Command, Navy Base Oceana, Naval Air Station North Island, and more.

HOW HARD IS HELL DAY?
Hell Day is a physically & mentally challenging 12-hour training event, immersing students into a day of special operations selection training. While challenging, the event also provides the opportunity for students to be divided into appropriate ability groups based on physical fitness level. Instructors are assigned to ability groups, and provide the appropriate difficulty & level of instruction to students during the training stations throughout the event.

The Hell Day event features a physical fitness test, pool evolutions, and a variety of physical challenges 45 minutes to
1 hour in length that students will encounter at U.S. military selection courses such as BUD/S, RASP, SFAS, A&S, BRC, etc. Limiting stations to 1 hour in length allows for injury prevention, snacking & hydration in between stations, and the opportunity to receive advice & mentorship from instructors.

Hell Day is challenging, but very doable. A life-changing experience, many return for a second and third Hell Day, building powerful bonds with teammates & instructors.
Half of the battle is fighting past the nervousness to simply show up. Got what it takes for a career in Special Operations? We'll see..."Send Me!"
DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SWIM?
Students are safely monitored by instructors & lifeguards. Students are divided into swimming ability groups. Beginning swimmers are provided more instruction and less-challenging exercises. Students do not need to be good swimmers or even average swimmers to succeed at Hell Day. However, students must have the ability to at least swim at a beginner's level, being able to keep afloat and move through the water safely.
ARE T-SHIRTS PROVIDED?
Yes. T-Shirts are provided for registrants of the Full Weekend Package Basic & Premium Options. Registrants of the Saturday Hell Day only may purchase SOCOM Athlete Flag T-Shirts here on the website or in-person.
