We've teamed up with Green Berets to construct our Program formatted to YOUR device, and offer SFAS (Special Forces Assessment & Selection) guidance & targeted, daily workouts incoporating: running, ruck marching, calisthenics & weights for up to 8 weeks if repeating!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT SFAS:
SFAS is 24 Days in Length. Graduates proceed to SFQC (Special Forces Qualification Course). The course features sleep deprivation, long distance movements, multiple assessment/psychological tests & assessments, Ruck marching, Army Physical Fitness Test, Run Assessment, Land Navigation/Map & Compass skills, etc.
Recommended PFT Minimum Scores:
Push-ups: 60
Sit-ups: 70
1.5 mile run in <10:00
Pull-ups: 10
50 meter Swim in Uniform, Boots, Vest, & Rifle
Ensure you’re comfortable in the water!
Ruck March/Ruck Runs
- Candidates require 45-55 pounds of gear in their pack/rucksack
- At SFAS 3 & 6 hour movements will be accomplished with training logs, gear, etc.
Land Navigation (Both Day & Night)
With map & compass, candidates will be expected to navigate to various points in various time requirements both individually and as a team.
Leadership & Communication
- A large factor in determining whether a student graduates is his/her ability to communicate, work as a team, and display resilience under stress.
